ELIGIBILITY & RULES

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Regulations determine the procedure for the organization and conduct of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards (hereinafter referred to as the “Awards”, “CWSPA”, or the “Program”).

1.2. The purpose of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards is to identify, evaluate, and formally recognize individuals, organizations, and initiatives that have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, ethical practices, and measurable impact across business, professional, educational, technological, sustainability, and social domains.

1.3. The Awards are established to ensure expert, institutional, and public recognition of achievements that contribute to economic growth, social progress, innovation, responsible governance, and long-term value creation, while promoting best practices and role models on a global platform.

1.4. The Awards are open to exceptional individuals and legal entities, including founders, investors, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, institutions, public leaders, startups, corporations, non-profit organizations, and social impact contributors. Participants must demonstrate verifiable contribution, professional reputation, leadership excellence, innovation, or measurable impact at local, national, or international levels.

1.5. The Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards is an intellectual property curated and governed by Entrepreneurs’ Diaries (ED). The Program is delivered in collaboration with organizing ecosystem partners, including the Unified Nations Council (UN Council), Be Debonair Foundation, and Digivanced Inc., acting within their respective roles as defined by the Organizing Committee.

1.6. The Organizing Committee of the Program consists of authorized representatives of the Organizer and, where applicable, nominated representatives of approved partners and sponsors.

1.7. The following events and activities are conducted within the framework of the Program:

  • Meetings of the Organizing Committee
  • Meetings of the Jury Board
  • Catalyst World Summit (conference component)
  • Catalyst World Summit Ceremony (recognition component)
  • Partner sessions, networking activities, and other events provided for under these Regulations

 

Note: Catalyst World Summit and the Catalyst World Summit Ceremony are held as complementary events; however, they are independent of each other. Award nominees and awardees are not required to participate in the Summit unless their participation package includes Summit access, and Summit delegates are not required to participate in the Awards unless they submit a nomination or purchase an Awards-included package. Participation in one component does not affect eligibility or participation in the other.

1.8. The official venue for the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards 2026 is Harper Kuta Bali, Indonesia, unless changed by the Organizer due to operational requirements. Any such changes shall be communicated through official channels.

1.9. Participation in the Program is available through defined participation routes and packages, including but not limited to Summit delegate passes, Awards nomination packages, combined Summit + Awards packages, hospitality packages, and the LEADCON access pathway (where applicable). Package inclusions are governed by official listings published by the Organizer.

1.10. Unless explicitly stated in a specific package or written agreement, flights and visa arrangements are not included in any participation, nomination, hospitality, sponsorship, or partnership arrangement. All participants are responsible for their own travel documentation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1.11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations, update timelines, procedures, and operational components where required. Any such amendments shall become effective from the date of publication through the official communication channels of the Program.

2. KEY CONCEPTS AND FUNCTIONS

For the purposes of these Regulations, the following key concepts, roles, and functional definitions are established. These provisions govern the structure, administration, participation, collaboration, evaluation, and implementation of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards (CWSPA).

2.1. Organizer of the Program

The Organizer of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards is Entrepreneurs’ Diaries (ED), acting as the intellectual property owner, curator, and governing authority of the Program.

Entrepreneurs’ Diaries (ED) is a global business and leadership media platform established in the year 2020, with the objective of documenting, analyzing, and amplifying leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact-driven initiatives across global markets.

Since its establishment in 2020, Entrepreneurs’ Diaries has operated on a controlled, invite-only editorial and readership model, designed to ensure that published content reaches senior decision-makers rather than mass or consumer audiences. The platform’s readership includes founders, CEOs, CXOs, venture capitalists, family offices, institutional investors, and senior professionals, typically representing organizations with annual revenues exceeding USD 10 million.

Entrepreneurs’ Diaries publishes in-depth leadership profiles, interviews, analytical features, and case-driven narratives focused on real-world impact, innovation, ethical leadership, and scalable growth. The editorial framework prioritizes credibility, verified contribution, and long-term relevance over promotional visibility.

In its capacity as Organizer, Entrepreneurs’ Diaries:

  • Approves and maintains these Regulations and any amendments thereto
  • Defines the structure, scope, and format of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards
  • Establishes award categories, nomination criteria, and eligibility requirements
  • Forms and appoints the Organizing Committee
  • Appoints and approves the Jury Board
  • Oversees compliance with procedural, ethical, and editorial standards
  • Coordinates official communication, partnerships, and ecosystem collaboration
  • Ensures neutrality, credibility, and long-term continuity of the Program

The Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards represents a formal extension of Entrepreneurs’ Diaries’ editorial mission, transitioning from media documentation to a structured global platform for leadership dialogue and formal recognition.

2.2.Collaboration with Monarch fusion concepts (MFC)

The Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards is organized and delivered in collaboration with the Unified Nations Council (UN Council), a not-for-profit global leadership and collaboration platform.

The Unified Nations Council (UN Council) is an independent, non-governmental platform focused on innovation, education, diplomacy, sustainability, and ethical leadership. It brings together founders, business leaders, policymakers, investors, institutions, and professionals to promote global cooperation and measurable impact through neutral collaboration frameworks.

The Unified Nations Council operates as a joint brand initiative of Be Debonair Foundation, Digivanced Inc., and Entrepreneurs’ Diaries, created to support leadership platforms, access programs, and international collaboration initiatives, including structured pathways such as LEADCON.

The Unified Nations Council is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United Nations or any of its agencies. Its collaboration within the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards does not affect awards governance, jury independence, or editorial authority, all of which remain vested with the Organizer.

2.3. Organizing Committee

The Organizing Committee is the executive and administrative body responsible for the preparation, coordination, and operational implementation of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards.

The Organizing Committee is formed by the Organizer and may include authorized representatives of the Organizer and, where applicable, nominated representatives of approved partners or sponsors.

The functions of the Organizing Committee include:

  • Planning and coordination of all Program-related activities
  • Informing applicants, participants, partners, and the public about the Program
  • Accepting, registering, and conducting preliminary review of applications and nominations
  • Verifying completeness, accuracy, and compliance of submitted materials
  • Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and operational execution of the Summit and Awards Ceremony
  • Facilitating the work of the Jury Board and ensuring timely evaluation
  • Publishing official announcements, updates, and results through authorized channels

 

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend informational materials published on official platforms, provided such amendments do not contradict these Regulations.

2.4. Program Partners

A Program Partner is a legal entity or institution that collaborates with the Organizer in the preparation, promotion, or execution of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards on the basis of a formal agreement.

Partners may include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic partners
  • Knowledge or ecosystem partners
  • Technology partners
  • Media partners
  • Institutional or community partners

 

The scope of each Partner’s involvement, rights, and obligations is governed exclusively by the relevant partnership agreement. Partnership status does not grant authority over award decisions, nomination evaluations, or jury outcomes unless expressly stated in writing by the Organizer.

2.5. Sponsors

A Sponsor is a company or organization that provides financial, in-kind, or strategic support to the Program under a sponsorship agreement.

  • Sponsors may receive visibility, branding, and engagement benefits as defined in their sponsorship package. However:
  • Sponsorship does not influence jury decisions or evaluation outcomes
  • Sponsors do not participate in nomination evaluation or voting unless separately appointed as jury members based on professional merit
  • Sponsorship does not guarantee nomination, award recognition, or media coverage

 

2.6. Applicants

Applicants are individuals or legal entities of any ownership form that submit a completed nomination application in accordance with these Regulations.

Applicants:

  • May apply through self-nomination or third-party nomination
  • Are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of submitted information
  • Bear all costs associated with participation unless otherwise specified by the Organizer

 

2.7. Nominees

Nominees are Applicants whose submissions have successfully passed preliminary screening by the Organizing Committee and evaluation by the Jury Board, qualifying them for final consideration within a specific award category.

2.8. Awardees (Laureates)

Awardees (Laureates) are Nominees who receive the highest evaluation scores and are formally recognized by the Jury Board.

Awardees receive:

  • An official award trophy, plaque, or equivalent symbol of recognition
  • A personalized certificate or diploma confirming the award

 

The number of Awardees per category is determined by the Jury Board.

2.9. Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards

The Catalyst World Summit is the conference and engagement component of the Program, consisting of keynote sessions, panel discussions, fireside conversations, and networking activities.

Participation in the Summit is governed by delegate passes or approved access pathways and does not automatically include Awards nomination rights unless explicitly stated.

2.10. Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards Ceremony

Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards Ceremony is the formal recognition event during which Awardees are announced and honored.

Participation in the Ceremony is available to Nominees, Awardees, invited guests, and participants as defined by their selected participation package.

2.11. LEADCON Program

The LEADCON Program is a structured leadership access and inclusion pathway designed for participants aged 16–25 years.

The LEADCON Program:

  • Provides access to the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards only
  • Requires a defined registration process and fee
  • Does not include Awards nomination rights
  • May offer scholarship support for hospitality participation, subject to eligibility and review

 

2.12. Organizational Ecosystem

Entrepreneurs’ Diaries, the Unified Nations Council (UN Council), Be Debonair Foundation, and Digivanced Inc. operate within a shared organizational ecosystem.

All the aforementioned entities are part of the Mavilach Group, a global group engaged in media, leadership platforms, digital growth solutions, and impact-driven initiatives, operating continuously since 2015.

Each entity operates within its defined scope and authority. Editorial control, awards governance, nomination evaluation, and jury oversight for the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards remain exclusively with the Organizer, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Regulations.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AWARDS

3.1. The subject of evaluation under the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards includes commercial and non-commercial projects, initiatives, professional achievements, leadership practices, organizational contributions, and impact-driven activities that demonstrate innovation, ethical conduct, measurable results, and sustained value creation within their respective fields.

3.2. The Awards are intended to recognize achievements and contributions across a broad range of domains, including but not limited to entrepreneurship, business leadership, corporate and professional excellence, technology and innovation, digital transformation, education and skill development, sustainability and ESG initiatives, social impact, community development, institutional leadership, creative industries, and other areas aligned with the objectives of the Program.

3.3. Submissions may relate to individual achievements, organizational performance, projects, initiatives, or collective efforts, provided that the nomination clearly identifies the subject of recognition, its relevance to the selected award category, and the specific contribution or impact being evaluated.

3.4. Achievements submitted for consideration may have been realized at the national, regional, or international level, provided that such achievements are current, verifiable, and demonstrate relevance within the evaluation period defined by the Organizer.

3.5. The subject of the Awards must comply with applicable laws, professional standards, and ethical norms. Any submission found to contain false information, misleading claims, unverifiable data, or content that violates ethical or legal standards may be rejected at any stage of the evaluation process without prior notice.

3.6. The Organizer reserves the right to assess whether a submitted nomination falls within the scope of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards and may, where appropriate, reassign a nomination to a different category that more accurately reflects the nature of the achievement, without altering the substance of the submission.

3.7. Participation in the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards does not automatically constitute participation in the Awards. Evaluation under the Awards framework applies exclusively to submissions that have been formally nominated and accepted in accordance with the nomination procedures established by the Organizer.

3.8. The scope and subject matter of the Awards may be refined or expanded by the Organizer to ensure continued relevance, credibility, and alignment with evolving global leadership, innovation, and impact standards.

3.9. All award nominations for the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards must be submitted exclusively through the official nomination platform designated by the Organizer:

Catalyst World Summit 

Nominations submitted through any other website, platform, email address, or unofficial channel shall not be considered valid unless expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer.

3.10. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or replace the official nomination platform as required for operational or technical reasons. Any such changes shall be communicated through official channels and shall not affect the validity of nominations already submitted in accordance with the applicable procedures.

4. AWARD CATEGORIES

4.1. The Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards comprises a structured system of award categories designed to recognize leadership, innovation, and measurable impact across diverse sectors, professions, and domains.

4.2. The Awards feature 50+ categories, covering a broad spectrum of individual, organizational, and project-based achievements. Categories are designed to ensure inclusivity while maintaining relevance, credibility, and comparability within each domain.

4.3. Award categories may include, but are not limited to, the following thematic areas:

  • Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership
  • Corporate Excellence & Professional Achievement
  • Innovation, Technology & Digital Transformation
  • Startup, MSME & Enterprise Impact
  • Education, Research & Skill Development
  • Sustainability, ESG & Environmental Impact
  • Social Impact, Community Development & Non-Profit Leadership
  • Institutional, Public Sector & Organizational Excellence
  • Women Leadership & Gender Inclusion
  • Youth Leadership & Emerging Talent
  • Creative Industries, Media & Storytelling Impact

4.4. Each category is supported by defined qualification criteria, evaluation parameters, and category descriptions, which are published on the official nomination platform or communicated by the Organizer.

4.5. The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Introduce new categories

  • Modify or merge existing categories

  • Discontinue categories with insufficient or unsuitable nominations

Such adjustments may be made to preserve the integrity, relevance, and competitiveness of the Awards and shall not constitute grounds for appeal.

4.6. Nominations must be submitted under the category that most accurately reflects the nature of the achievement or contribution being recognized. Incorrectly categorized nominations may be reassigned by the Organizer to a more appropriate category without altering the substance of the submission.

4.7. The number of awardees within a category may vary depending on the quality, volume, and evaluation outcomes of nominations received. The Jury Board reserves the right to:

  • Declare one or multiple awardees in a category

  • Withhold an award in a category where submissions do not meet the required standards

4.8. Category-specific recognition may include standard awards as well as special distinctions, honorary mentions, or jury commendations, as determined by the Jury Board and approved by the Organizer.

4.9. The final list of award categories applicable to a specific edition of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards shall be confirmed by the Organizer prior to the commencement of jury evaluation and shall be communicated through official channels.

5. JURY BOARD

5.1. General Provisions

The Jury Board is a collegial, independent, and authoritative body established by the Organizer for the purpose of ensuring objective, expert, and impartial evaluation of nominations submitted to the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards.

The Jury Board operates in accordance with these Regulations and performs its functions independently from applicants, nominees, sponsors, partners, and other external stakeholders.

5.2. Formation of the Jury Board

The Jury Board is formed by the Organizer for each edition of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards.

The composition of the Jury Board may vary depending on:

  • The number and diversity of award categories
  • The professional domains represented by nominations
  • The scope and scale of submissions received

The Organizer reserves the right to appoint, replace, or expand the Jury Board where necessary to ensure balanced expertise and effective evaluation.

5.3. Composition of the Jury Board

The Jury Board may include representatives from the following groups:

  • Entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners
  • Senior executives, CEOs, CXOs, and board-level leaders
  • Venture capitalists, investors, and family office representatives
  • Academicians, researchers, and education leaders
  • Industry experts, consultants, and subject-matter specialists
  • Public figures and institutional representatives
  • Professionals with recognized achievements in relevant domains

The Jury Board may consist of both national and international members to ensure diversity of perspective and global relevance.

5.4. Eligibility Requirements for Jury Members

5.4 A.1. Who can be a Jury Member

A person can be considered for the Jury Board if they are a credible professional such as a:
Founder, CEO/CXO, senior leader, investor (VC/family office), academic, researcher, sector expert, or institutional leader.

5.4 A.2. Minimum requirements

To be appointed, a jury member must:

  • Have 5+ years proven experience in their domain
  • Have clear achievements (examples: leadership role, recognized work, awards, major projects, publications, patents, or measurable impact)
  • Have a clean ethical reputation (no proven fraud or misconduct)
  • Agree to confidentiality and impartial evaluation
  • Declare conflict of interest and avoid evaluating any nomination where a conflict exists

5.4 A.3. How someone can join the Jury Board

Jury membership is by appointment only. A person may be considered through:

  • Direct invitation by the Organizer, or
  • Recommendation by the Organizing Committee/partners, or
  • Application (EOI) submitted through the official channel as shared by the Organizer.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

5.4 A.4. What the Organizer may ask for (basic verification)

The Organizer may request:

  • Short bio + LinkedIn/CV
  • Proof of role/organization (website, profile, ID, or official record)
  • Signed declarations: confidentiality + conflict-of-interest

5.4 A.5. Removal

The Organizer may remove a jury member for: breach of confidentiality, bias, conflict non-disclosure, misconduct, or failure to complete evaluation duties.

5.5. Rights and Obligations of Jury Members

Jury members have the right to:

  • Receive complete and accurate information required for evaluation
  • Participate in discussions, deliberations, and voting processes
  • Express independent professional opinions

Jury members are obligated to:

  • Evaluate nominations objectively and impartially
  • Maintain confidentiality of all materials and deliberations
  • Declare conflicts of interest and abstain from evaluation where applicable
  • Comply fully with these Regulations and ethical standards

5.6. Evaluation Procedure

Evaluation of nominations is conducted in one or more stages, as determined by the Organizer.

The evaluation process may include:

  • Preliminary review of nomination materials
  • Individual expert scoring by jury members
  • Collective discussion and deliberation
  • Final aggregation of scores

Each nomination is evaluated using standardized criteria approved by the Organizer.

5.7. Evaluation Criteria

The Jury Board evaluates nominations based on the following core criteria:

  • Innovation and originality
  • Impact and significance of contribution
  • Leadership role and influence
  • Sustainability and long-term value
  • Relevance to the selected award category
  • Additional category-specific criteria may be applied where relevant.

5.8. Voting Process

Voting by Jury Board members may be conducted:

  • In person
  • Remotely via secure digital platforms
  • Through written or electronic ballots

Key voting principles include:

  • Confidentiality of votes
  • Non-transferability of voting rights
  • Equal voting weight among jury members

A minimum quorum, defined by the Organizer, is required for decisions to be considered valid.

5.9. Determination of Nominees and Awardees

Based on evaluation outcomes:

  • Applicants receiving sufficient scores are designated as Nominees
  • Nominees with the highest evaluation scores are designated as Awardees (Laureates)

The Jury Board reserves the right to:

  • Declare one or multiple awardees in a category
  • Withhold an award if standards are not met
  • Grant special diplomas or jury commendations

5.10. Conflict of Interest

Jury members must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including personal, professional, or financial relationships with applicants or nominees.

In the presence of a conflict of interest, the jury member must abstain from evaluating the relevant nomination.

All information related to nominations, evaluation materials, deliberations, scores, and results is confidential.

Unauthorized disclosure of such information may result in removal from the Jury Board and exclusion from future editions of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards.

5.12. Finality of Decisions

All decisions made by the Jury Board are final and binding.

No appeals, objections, or reconsiderations shall be accepted with respect to jury decisions.

5.13. Recognition of Jury Members

Jury members may receive:

  • Official acknowledgment or certification of participation
  • Public recognition as jury members (subject to consent)

Such recognition does not imply compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.

5.12. Finality of Decisions

All decisions made by the Jury Board are final and binding.

No appeals, objections, or reconsiderations shall be accepted with respect to jury decisions.

5.13. Recognition of Jury Members

Jury members may receive:

  • Official acknowledgment or certification of participation
  • Public recognition as jury members (subject to consent)

6. SELECTION & EVALUATION PROCEDURE

6.1. Overview of the Selection Process

The selection process for the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards (CWSPA) is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and merit-based evaluation.

All submitted nominations pass through a structured multi-stage review process conducted under the supervision of the Organizer and evaluated by the Jury Board.

The process ensures that every eligible nomination is reviewed using consistent criteria and standardized evaluation methods.

6.2. Stages of Evaluation

The evaluation process may include the following stages:

Stage 1 — Eligibility Screening

All submissions are first reviewed to verify:

  • Completeness of nomination form
  • Required supporting documents
  • Category relevance
  • Compliance with eligibility rules

Incomplete or non-compliant applications may be rejected at this stage.

Stage 2 — Technical & Category Review

Eligible applications are reviewed by the internal review team to:

  • Validate category fit
  • Check factual consistency
  • Organize nominations for jury allocation
  • Flag potential conflicts of interest

Applications may be reassigned to a more appropriate category if required.

Stage 3 — Jury Evaluation

Qualified nominations are forwarded to the Jury Board for expert evaluation.

Each nomination is reviewed and scored independently by jury members using approved evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks.

Stage 4 — Score Aggregation & Shortlisting

Scores submitted by jury members are compiled and normalized where necessary.

Based on score thresholds:

  • Top-scoring entries are shortlisted
  • Shortlisted entries are declared Nominees
Stage 5 — Final Jury Decision

The Jury Board conducts final deliberations to determine:

  • Awardees (Winners)
  • Special recognitions (if applicable)
  • Jury commendations (optional)

Final decisions are recorded and approved by the Organizer.

6.3. Evaluation Methodology

Evaluations are conducted using structured scoring models which may include:

  • Numeric scoring scales
  • Weighted criteria
  • Comparative ranking
  • Qualitative expert remarks

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust scoring weightage depending on category requirements.

6.4. Additional Verification

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct additional verification for shortlisted nominations, including:

  • Document validation
  • Reference checks
  • Public record review
  • Proof of claims or achievements

Failure to provide verification when requested may result in disqualification.

6.5. Organizer Discretion

The Organizer retains the right to:

  • Merge or split categories
  • Reassign nominations
  • Increase or decrease number of awardees
  • Withhold awards in categories where standards are not met
  • Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. TIMELINE & KEY DATES

7.1. General Timeline Structure

Each edition of the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards (CWSPA) follows an official timeline defined by the Organizer.

The timeline typically includes:

  • Opening of nominations
  • Application deadline
  • Screening & eligibility review
  • Jury evaluation period
  • Nominee announcement
  • Final awardee confirmation
  • Award ceremony

7.2. Announcement of Dates

All official dates are announced through:

  • Official website
  • Official communication channels
  • Email announcements
  • Partner platforms
  • Participants are responsible for tracking official updates.

7.3. Deadline Policy

All submissions must be completed before the stated deadline.

  • Late submissions:
  • May not be accepted, or
  • May be considered only if the Organizer officially extends the deadline.
  • No individual deadline extensions are guaranteed.

7.4. Timeline Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify timelines due to:

  • Operational requirements
  • Force majeure events
  • Administrative needs
  • Evaluation volume

Any changes will be officially communicated.

7.5. Notification of Results

Results are communicated through:

  • Official email notifications
  • Website announcements
  • Event communications

Only officially communicated results are considered valid.

8. AWARDS, TITLES & RECOGNITION

8.1. Types of Recognition

Under the Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards (CWSPA), recognition may be granted in the following forms:

  • Category Awards
  • Special Jury Awards
  • Excellence Mentions
  • Honorary Citations
  • Sector Leadership Titles
  • Innovation & Impact Distinctions

The type of recognition granted depends on category structure and evaluation outcomes.

8.2. Award Titles

Each selected awardee receives an official title corresponding to their category. Examples include:

  • Category Winner
  • Sector Leader Awardee
  • Impact Excellence Awardee
  • Innovation Distinction Holder

Titles are assigned strictly based on jury evaluation results.

8.3. Nominee Status

Applicants who successfully pass jury shortlisting may be officially designated as:

“CWSPA Nominee”
