The CWSPA – Catalyst World Summit & Prestige Awards follows a structured, transparent, and merit-based nomination process to ensure fairness, credibility, and Catalyst standards of recognition.

The process is open to individuals, organizations, startups, social enterprises, and institutions from all countries and sectors who demonstrate measurable impact and ethical leadership.

• Social impact and sustainability professionals
• Educators, researchers, and thought leaders
• Women leaders and youth changemakers
• Organizations, startups, NGOs, and institutions
• Innovators, technologists, and cultural leaders

Nominations are open across multiple categories and sectors.

All nominations are subject to eligibility screening and jury evaluation.

Step-by-Step Nomination Process

Step 1 — Online Nomination Submission

Applicants must complete the official nomination form available on the CWSPA website and submit all required details accurately.

Information required includes:

• Personal or organizational profile
• Award category selection
• Impact summary and achievements
• Supporting links or documentation

Step 2 — Nomination / Registration Fee

A nomination or registration fee is required to activate the application for administrative review and jury evaluation.

Important clarification:

• The fee covers processing, verification, and jury assessment
• Payment of fees does not guarantee selection or winning

Step 3 — Eligibility & Compliance Screening

All submissions undergo an initial screening to verify:

• Eligibility criteria
• Completeness of information
• Category relevance
• Authenticity of claims

Incomplete or non-compliant applications may be rejected at this stage.

Step 4 — Jury Evaluation

Eligible nominations are independently reviewed by members of the Catalyst Jury Board under the UN Council framework.

Evaluation is conducted strictly based on:

• Impact and scalability
• Innovation and leadership
• Ethics and sustainability
• Collaboration and influence
• Quality of presentation

Each nomination is scored using a predefined weightage system.

Step 5 — Shortlisting of Finalists

Based on consolidated jury scores:

• Finalists are shortlisted
• Selected nominees are officially notified
• Finalist status may be published where applicable

Step 6 — Final Selection & Announcement

Final winners are determined after comprehensive review and announced during the CWS Awards Ceremony.

• Jury decisions are final and binding
• No revisions or appeals are entertained

Applicants may be asked to submit:

• Professional biography or organizational overview
• High-quality photograph or logo
• Website, portfolio, or social media links
• Impact evidence, achievements, or case studies

All submitted materials must be accurate and verifiable.
